These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tracka, a task and life management application operated by ThinkUncommon LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. By creating an account or using tracka, you agree to these Terms. 1. The Service: tracka is a web-based app to organize tasks, life lists, calendar events, and personal goals at app.trytracka.com. 2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 to use the Service (or 13-17 with parental consent). Not directed to children under 13. 3. Your Account: Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, take responsibility for activity on your account, notify hello@trytracka.com of unauthorized access. 4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment: tracka offers a free tier and paid plans at $7 per user per month (or annual equivalent). By starting a paid subscription you authorize recurring charges through Stripe until you cancel. 5. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Refunds governed by our Refund Policy at trytracka.com/refund-policy. 6. Acceptable Use: No unlawful use, harmful content, unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, reselling, automated scraping, or spam. 7. Your Content: You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the Service. You can export or delete at any time. 8. Our Intellectual Property: tracka and the tracka logo are trademarks of ThinkUncommon LLC. 9. Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase, Stripe, and SendGrid. Subject to their terms when their services are involved.

10. Service Availability: The Service is provided "as available" with no uptime guarantee. We may schedule maintenance or experience outages. 11. Termination: You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, legal requirements, or security risk. We'll give reasonable notice except for material breach. 12. Disclaimers: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 13. Limitation of Liability: ThinkUncommon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid in the past 12 months or $50. 14. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify ThinkUncommon LLC from claims arising from your content, your use in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. 15. Changes to These Terms: Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice. Continued use after new Terms take effect means you accept the change. 16. Governing Law: Florida law governs. Disputes resolved in Florida state or federal courts. 17. Miscellaneous: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement. 18.
