tracka offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. Current pricing is published at trytracka.com/pricing.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and no need to contact us first. How to cancel: Open Settings > Billing and click Manage subscription (opens the Stripe customer portal), or write to hello@trytracka.com and we'll process the cancellation within one business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to paid features until that date. You will not be charged again.

Our default position is that paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you've already paid for, we don't issue prorated refunds for partial periods. That said, we will issue refunds for: service failure on our side (if the Service was materially unavailable for a substantial portion of a billing period), accidental renewals within 14 days of the charge, duplicate or erroneous charges, and where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require it. To request a refund, email hello@trytracka.com with the billing email on your account and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

5. Free tier: The free tier is free. There is nothing to refund. If you stop using it, your account simply goes idle until you sign in again. 6. Account deletion: Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you want to permanently delete your account and remove your data, go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or email hello@trytracka.com. 7. Changes to this policy: We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email and reflected in the Last updated date above.
