What we collect and how we use it
1. Who is responsible: ThinkUncommon LLC, State of Florida, United States. Contact: hello@trytracka.com. 2. What we collect: Account information (email, display name, profile photo), content you create in tracka (tasks, lists, notes, calendar entries, email captures), subscription and billing information (via Stripe), email captures forwarded to work@ / life@ / task@task.trytracka.com, usage and device information (server logs for security and debugging), and cookies/local storage for authentication and preferences. 3. What we don't collect: We do not run third-party advertising trackers, sell personal information, use your content to train AI models, or knowingly collect information from children under 13. 4. How we use your information: To provide, operate, and maintain the Service; authenticate you; process payments; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service through aggregated usage analysis. 5. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR): Contract (to provide the Service), Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, feature improvement), Consent (optional features), and Legal obligation. 6. Who we share information with: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (transactional email and inbound email parsing), and Cloudflare (DNS and edge security). We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. 7. Where your data is stored: Google Cloud us-central1 (Iowa, United States). Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights, security, and contact
8. How long we keep data: Active account content is kept while your account is active. Backups are retained 30 days after deletion. Server logs are kept 90 days. Billing records are kept 7 years. Support correspondence is kept 3 years. When you delete your account, we begin removing content immediately; backups are overwritten within 30 days. 9. Your rights: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to processing; restrict processing; or withdraw consent. Email hello@trytracka.com to exercise these rights. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights. 10. Security: All traffic is encrypted via TLS; data at rest is encrypted; authentication uses Firebase Auth; production access is protected by MFA. 11. Cookies and tracking: We use authentication cookies, preference storage, and Cloudflare security cookies. No third-party advertising trackers, cross-site behavioral analytics, or marketing pixels. 12. Children: The Service is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
